One of the market leading Energy & Resources Tax teams within the Big 4 are sourcing for an ACA/CTA Qualified Senior Manager to join their successful team.

You will work in a predominantly advisory role, including international, M&A and adhoc advisory projects. This team provides corporate tax advisory and compliance services to clients across all of this sector, including: oil & gas, mining, power and renewables, across FTSE 100 and inbound investors. You will also be responsible for:

• Advisory services to clients including tax due diligence, structuring and international advisory.
• Liaising with other tax teams and overseas teams to manage their input, as well as audit and accounting functions to ensure the best service to the client.
• Reviewing corporate tax comps, and managing the compliance process and providing support across UK GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP

Ideally, you will have prior experience of working within the Energy & Resources sector, however there may be flexibility from the client.
